Before emailing, please review the following to make sure you understand who we are, and what we can and can't do:
- We are NOT Netflix, nor are we pretending to be them! So as much as we might sympathize with your Netflix-viewing technical issues...there's nothing we can do about it. Check out Netflix's help site at https://help.netflix.com
- We have no control over what is or isn't available on Netflix in any country. Netflix adds and removes titles at their own discretion...we merely report on it (see #1 above).
- Have you spotted a problem with one of our listings? Maybe we haven't yet removed a title which is no longer available, or you're finding a show that we don't have listed. PLEASE go ahead and let us know!
- Don't contact us about your Netflix billing problems (did we say that we aren't Netflix??)! You'd be surprised how many people want to send us their account and credit card information!
- If you're going to be grumpy and mean, don't bother emailing...we'll just delete it. Someone once got confused with #1 above and told us they wished our cat would die because their favourite show was removed! Mean people suck.
- If you are still reading this list, you are obviously very patient and a very intelligent person. Feel free to email just to say hi!
